Reclaim and refinish 50 year old hardwood floor in entire house. Cut in new flush mount floor vents. Even after being covered by layers of sheet vinyl, tile, and carpet for years this solid oak hardwood floor came back to life with a little work. The dining room got new hardwood flooring woven in with the existing antique hardwood for a perfect match.
