California Bungalow
For nearly half a century — not just in California, but across America — our country had a long love affair with the Bungalow. Today that old flame has been rekindled.
California Bungalows are typically horizontal and are designed to take advantage of the surroundings by using local materials and fauna in the home and its landscaping.
True bungalows have a simple, cozy living room, entered directly from the front door. The focal point of the room is the fireplace, and the living room often has a broad opening to a separate dining room.

Complete Remodel
Entire First Level Re-Design and Remodel
The entire first level of this house was stripped down to the framework. Walls were removed and the room layout was reworked.
The rebuild started with 1200 sq. ft. of 5.25″ solid “Finish in place” red oak flooring. Custom cabinets, granite countertops and a custom tile backsplash were some of the finishes added to the kitchen area.
The entry way received all new millwork and trim. The fireplace was the crowning achievement of this project.
Custom hardwood shadow box, rustic porcelain tile, a one-of-a-kind, two tier hardwood mantel, inset granite hearth, and a hand-rubbed stain finish allowed the fireplace to be the conversation piece that tied the entire project together.

Alphabet Duplex Remodel
Kitchen, Dining, and Laundry Room Remodel
Opening up the space by removing walls and doorways allowed for the open feel of the new kitchen, dining room, and laundry area. All new cabinets, counter tops, tile back splash, flooring, trim and paint give the space a beautiful refreshing look. Natural light through all the large windows allows for an organic, bright and expansive feel. Creativity and craftsmanship allowed the washer and dryer to be housed in their own custom cabinet piece. Easily accessible when needed and easily concealed when not in use.
This historic Richland alphabet house was so amazing to work on. Can’t wait to work on the next one.

This custom coffee shop, located in Pasco WA, is the largest and most customized of its kind in Washington. It was an outstanding opportunity for Royal Holland Inc. to show case it’s ability to build an attractive, efficient, coffee producing power house.
Every custom feature, from the natural stone exterior to the stained epoxy coated floor, the one of a kind blender pitcher rinsing station to the theator quality out door sound system, was thoughtfully designed and incorporated to insure maximum productivity and an awesome customer experience every time.
